I bought a pack fathers day special, gave away a lot. Wish I hadn’t as a few months later I had a 8 ft or more fall breaking my heel bone is several places, fracture my L2 vertebrae, used this instead of pain meds. I use it for neck pain from long ago injury, using now as I learn to walk again for knee pain. All I know is it works for me.
