This Kreme is amazing! I have the worst back pain due to SI joint pain and i also have bad plantar fasciitis and my ankles are swollen and pulsing. This magic creme helps my pain so much i apply at night on my feet and the next day my feet feel amazing and i feel the swelling and inflamation goes down, as well as my back.
